Hi, I'm Lauren — an executive coach for women in finance.
After years of skiing in groups that were mostly men, I realized how much I craved the energy that comes from being surrounded by women who shared the same passion for skiing, adventure, and personal growth.
I wanted to create a space where women in finance could come together, not just to ski, but to connect, recharge, and push their comfort zones in an encouraging and supportive environment.
A place where you can let your guard down, be yourself, and feel seen and understood by other ambitious women who simply get it. All while having a damn good time, laughing until your cheeks hurt, and making memories that will last long after the snow melts.

Perfectly situated in downtown Ketchum, the Limelight Hotel puts you steps from charming boutiques, exceptional dining, galleries, breweries, and attractions while being just minutes away from Sun Valley's iconic slopes. It is a modern mountain atmosphere made effortless and convenient to allow for an incredible retreat experience.

No, working in finance is not mandatory. The retreat programming is, however geared toward professional women. The main themes will be personal and leadership development. That said, ALL are welcome.

Limelight Ketchum is situated in a premier downtown location just steps from a vibrant hub of shops, restaurants, galleries, breweries, and attractions. Whether you are heading out to dinner, exploring downtown Ketchum, or browsing local boutiques, most destinations are conveniently walkable from the hotel.
All rooms are priced for double occupancy.

No, if you prefer to stay on your own, that is absolutely perfect too. The single-supplemental fee is $720.

That is up to you. You can absolutely invite a friend or pick a roommate. Or I can pair you up with someone that I think will be a good fit. In addition, there will be 3 Zoom meetings before the trip and so as you get to meet the other women, you may find someone who feels like the right fit for you.

All of the women who joined last year were accomplished professionals. We had leaders from Private Equity, Wealth Management, Commercial Real Estate, Investment Banking to name a few and titles spanned all levels from Associate to CFO.

There will be up to 2 hours of formal programming each day. The focus will be on personal and professional development. In addition, there will be multiple opportunities throughout the day to get to know each other both on and off the mountain. Nothing is mandatory, but everything is encouraged.

All levels are welcome. Some of the people signed up have never skied/boarded before, some used to be competitive skiers and everything in between. I myself am an intermediate skier.

Included lift tickets are a 2-day pass. 3-day passes are available on request for an additional charge.
If you have an Ikon pass, you can deduct $335 from the total price. **Please note that Sun Valley requires the full Ikon Pass. The base Ikon pass does NOT include Sun Valley.

In addition to relaxing in the heated pool or hot tubs there is a ton to do just 5 minutes away.
Limelight Ketchum is also situated in a premier downtown location just steps from a vibrant hub of shops, restaurants, galleries, breweries, and attractions. In addition, there are local spas, ice skating, snowshoeing, fly fishing, snowmobiling, nordic skiing and experiencing the Central Idaho Dark Sky Reserve.
Plus, you’ll also have the retreat programming and community to enjoy!
